iWorship | Quickly Approaching

We are finally in the month of May, or if you will, the month of iWorship at First Irving... Students have been gearing up, musicians have been practicing long hours, Kevin Caffey is ready to bring the word of God to our students, and Peter and I are renovating and are pumped! Our prayer is that our students will arrive on May 14- ready and willing to encounter God! Not only do we want iWorship to be a pumped up, all inclusive worship service for our students, we want it to become a lifestyle... Our prayer is that iWorship will be every student's life statement- and that these worship services may be able to serve as an expression of that lifestyle!

Kevin Caffey

Kevin Caffey is the closest person I know to a country boy! He grew up in Boyd, TX where he enjoyed playing football, baseball, basketball, track, cross country and even tried his hand at golf but found out he wasn't really wanted when the coach gave everyone a schedule but him. Kevin has always enjoyed hunting and many other outdoor adventures. Kevin attended Dallas Baptist University 1998-2002 where he earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He is working on a Masters at Fuller Seminary. Kevin and his wife Stacey live in Decatur, TX where he serves as Pastor of Lifehouse Church. Kevin also works as an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer. Kevin has worked with students for 9 years in Wise County, Austin, and Crowley. Kevin and Stacey love students and have a passion for investing in the next generation!
